Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) serve the society to have new points of view and basically for making individuals more conscious. In this respect, NGOs are voluntary organizations that help individuals use their democratic rights and youngsters constitute the part of society that needs mostly this contribution provided by NGOs.
As in many cases, the biggest need to be met in youth work is sharing knowledge and experiences. Any experience of NGOs may be a guide for other organizations.
GSM-Youth Services Centre arranges much training, seminars, conferences, workshops, round-table meetings and training visits so as to share its national and international experiences in youth work and to help the NGOs build their capacities.
